Dear students and families,

These are extraordinary times and many things around us are changing daily.  What will not change is our commitment to work with you to provide learning opportunities for your student and other resources your family may need during this time.

At this time, we know that our buildings will be closed until at least April 17th based on Governor Polis’s executive order.  We will continue to follow the guidance from health officials on when we will open up our buildings again for classes.  We will begin online learning and packaged learning April 7th.

We are providing Chromebooks for families that do not have a device at home from both of our campuses on Thursday the 26th from 4-6 and Friday the 27th from 10-12.  We will be checking these devices out curb side so please pull up to the school and one of our administrators will bring the device to your car.  If you do not have internet access, please reference the page below on how to access free internet.

We will be taking the week of March 30th through April 3rd off.  Our staff has been working very hard to move learning online and we want to make sure they get their scheduled spring break.

If you need food resources, please review the different opportunities below:

If your family needs basic groceries, we ask that you reach out to your advocate and let them know.  We will work with our partner organization Food for Thought to help you meet those needs.

Mental Health: These are challenging times.  If your student could benefit from talking with a counselor, we ask that you share that with your advocate, and we will work to set an appointment up over the phone.

If you have not received a call from someone from the school by the end of the week, please call or email me and I will make sure we update your information immediately.

It is an honor to work with you especially in these times and we ask that you please let us know if you have resources that may be helpful in our work and please let us know if there are resources you need.

Please take care of yourself and each other.
